Farewell Spring, Welcome Autumn 2025: Reflecting on Growth, Celebrating Excellence

July 2025
As we step into the second half of 2025, we pause to reflect on an extraordinary six months filled with achievements, milestones, and transformative learning experiences. At the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF), every day is dedicated to empowering professionals and organisations through world-class education, training, and lifelong learning.
This year marks a particularly significant moment — our 10th anniversary — a decade defined by innovation, resilience, and a shared commitment to excellence in professional development.
Here we’ll take a look at what’s happened since January, celebrate our successes, and offer you a glimpse into what’s coming this autumn. Whether you’re a long-time learner, a new participant, or simply curious about EIMF, we hope this reflection gives you a sense of the scope, depth, and impact of our work.

Highlights of the Spring Season 2025
A Decade of Excellence – EIMF Turns 10!
In March 2025, we proudly celebrated a major milestone — EIMF’s 10-year anniversary. This wasn’t just a celebration of time passed, but a recognition of ten years of dedication to high-quality education, professional development, and impactful learning solutions across industries.
Over the past decade, EIMF has grown from a niche training provider into a globally respected institution offering:
• Over 350,000 hours of training
• More than 18,000 engaged participants
• Over 2,500 corporate clients served
• Training delivered in more than 100 countries
• A team of over 150 globally recognised trainers
We’ve trained more than 18,000 professionals, launched accredited academic programmes, and earned prestigious accreditations from leading global institutions. Our curriculum has evolved to meet emerging trends, including RegTech, AI in finance, investment funds, governance, and financial crime prevention.
To mark this milestone, we launched a year-long series of celebratory events and initiatives, starting with Customer Appreciation Week and continuing throughout 2025.
‘’This anniversary is a testament to the hard work of our team, the trust of our learners, and the support of our partners,” said Marios Siathas, CEO of EIMF. “It also serves as a reminder of how far we’ve come — and how much further we can go.”

Customer Appreciation Week: A Thank You to Our Community
As part of our anniversary celebrations, we hosted Customer Appreciation Week during which we offered an exclusive €50 coupon redeemable on any of our self-paced eLearning courses. The goal was simple: to say thank you to our loyal learners and encourage continuous professional development.
“EIMF has been instrumental in my career progression. The courses are not only informative but also highly practical. The Customer Appreciation Week was a great way to give back to the community,” said Christina K., Compliance Officer, Cyprus.
The response was overwhelming — hundreds of learners took advantage of the offer, using it to upskill, reskill, or explore new areas of expertise. We were delighted to see so many professionals invest in their growth, and we look forward to offering similar initiatives in the future.

Academic Achievements: Building a Stronger Future Through Education
Our academic school continues to grow, reflecting our belief that higher education plays a vital role in shaping tomorrow’s leaders. During the spring of 2025:
• New intakes began for both the Master’s in Governance, Risk and Compliance (MGRC) and the Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management (DipAFM).
• We held two academic open days, welcoming prospective students and giving them the chance to meet faculty and current students.
• The Academic Advisory Committee met to review and refine our programmes, ensuring they remain aligned with industry needs and maintain high academic standards.
These efforts have helped us build a reputation as a trusted partner in tertiary education, offering practical, industry-aligned qualifications that prepare graduates for real-world professional challenges.

Our academic offerings continue to expand and evolve, reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality, industry-aligned education that empowers professionals to advance their careers.
• Admissions are now open for our October 2025 intake of the Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management and the Master’s in Governance, Risk and Compliance (MGRC).
• Early applicants can enjoy up to 40% off tuition fees.
The application deadline is 31 July 2025.
To ensure our programmes remain at the forefront of academic excellence and industry relevance, we will hold another Academic Advisory Council Meeting, bringing together experts and stakeholders to review and enhance our curriculum.
But don’t just take our word for it — here’s what some of our current and recent students have to say about their experience:
“The flexibility of the Master’s in Governance, Risk and Compliance (MGRC) programme was essential for me. Being able to attend evening classes allowed me to maintain my professional commitments during the day while still progressing toward my academic and career goals. It’s not just about fitting study into your life — it’s about shaping your future without putting your present on hold.”
— Maria Hadjinicolaou, Professional and MGRC Student
“When I enrolled in the Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management two years ago, my programme coordinator encouraged me to include my studies in my CV. I did, and within weeks, I was offered a position at a reputable firm that valued EIMF’s reputation and industry-aligned curriculum. Just one year later, I was promoted from Junior Accountant to Accountant — a step forward I directly attribute to the knowledge and credibility gained through the programme.”
— Mariana Metavosian, Accountant and Student of the Diploma in Accounting and Financial Management

One of the most impressive milestones we’ve achieved during the last 10 years is delivering over 350,000 hours of training — a figure that truly reflects the scale and impact of our work at EIMF.
To put this into perspective:
• 350,000 hours of learning is equivalent to walking around the Earth 42 times.
This isn’t just a number — it’s a reflection of our commitment to empowering individuals and organisations across industries and borders. Every hour represents knowledge shared, skills developed, and careers advanced.
