This course will cover the syllabus of BTA’s Certified Blockchain Developer – Hyperledger Fabric (CBDH) examination.
The course covers: Blockchain Basics, Introduction to Hyperledger Composer, Hyperledger Use Cases, Hyperledger Fabric / Composer Key Concepts, Ledger Breakdown, Transactions and Events, Nodes, Membership Services Provider and Certificate Authority, Channels and Queries. This course also offers 7 lab sessions: Building a Development Environment, Getting Hands-On with Hyperledger, Reviewing the Perishable Network Solution Template, Solution Packaging and Deployment, Building a Solution Directly from your Development Environment, Queries and Advanced Hypereldger Composer.
A person who holds this certification has demonstrated their ability to: Plan and prepare production-ready applications for the Hyperledger blockchain, Write, test, and deploy secure chain code, Understand how to use Hyperledger Composer to rapidly build Hyperledger applications, Write chain code using either Go or NodeJS, Create a Hyperledger model, Build proper access controls for blockchain assets via .acl, Implement a Hyperledger “.bna” banana, Write and compile smart contracts as chain code, and Deploy smart contracts on channels in the private network.
This certification is ideal for Software Engineers, Programmers, Developers and Application Architects.
This course may take up to 15 hours to be completed. However, actual study time differs as each learner uses their own training pace.
The course is offered fully online using a self-paced approach. Learners may start, stop and resume their training at any time.
Exams are conducted at Pearson VUE.
The exam is a 70 question multiple-choice exam that lasts 1.5 hours and is a performance-based evaluation of basic Hyperledger Development skills and knowledge. Performance-based testing means that candidates must answer questions to reflect what they must perform on the job. Internet access is not provided during the exam, nor is any course material or study guides. The passing score is 70%.
