This course will introduce you to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). By the time you’ve finished this course, you’ll be better equipped to understand the importance of DEI and take action to support diversity initiatives in the workplace. Topics covered include how we’re socialized in the world, how biases form, and how these factors affect how we think and act—and feed into various systems of oppression.
By the end of this course, you will:

- Know how to contribute to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
