It was one of the first training companies to embrace remote learning enthusiastically during the pandemic by teaching its trainers how to use the new technology.
However, it has achieved rather more than that. From the start, it has placed friendship between staff and trainers and trainers and participants at the forefront of what it does. We have laughed, eaten, drunk coffee and stronger stuff and travelled around Cyprus and cyberspace together.
Its challenge in its second decade is to deliver its training to regulators and Ombudsmen to give the lessons it delivers more bite.
