This unit provides the fundamentals of business models and how to develop new business and operating models to improve an organisations overall performance. You will learn how different styles of leadership can be used to improve the performance of individuals to achieve organisational goals and how to use performance management concepts and techniques to implement strategies effectively and efficiently. Additionally, you will learn how to use of project management concepts and techniques useful in implementing strategies.
Note: You must have completed the CIMA operational level. Learning Outcomes On successful completion of this subject, you will learn:- The fundamentals of business models and how new business and operating models can be developed to improve the performance of organisations.
- How different styles of leadership can be used to improve the performance of individuals to achieve organisational goals and how to use performance management concepts and techniques to implement strategies effectively and efficiently.
- Use of project management concepts and techniques useful in implementing strategies. (Project management is linked to capital investment decision-making which is covered in P2D).

Certification
Upon the successful completion of the subject Managing Performance โ E2, you can advance to the next subject of the Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting or if you have already completed other subject, can apply to the final exam of Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting.

Results: provisional result available immediately followed by confirmation no more than 48 hours later.
